Some people claim it as the most consistent spot in Florianópolis, but only a few can check it out everyday. The place is all preserved, pretty landscape, hard trail though.

There are two ways ( 2 trails ) to get there. One is parking your car at Praia do Pântano do Sul ( a fishermen's beach ) and hike the trail (45min -1 hour walk ) Make local inquiry for the exact location of the trail. The other way ( 2-3 Hour walk ) is by the rocks through the Matadeiro Coastline.
Don't forget your shoes and go for it. It is always uncrowded ( except during weekends ), the waves are strong and it might be the most beatiful beach at the island.

You can surf at both corners, the left corner is protected from N winds and the right corner from the S wind. During summer sometimes it is the only place with some surf on it.
