Prainha (Little beach) is a desert beach just beside Guarda do Embaú, it’s easily accessed by a 30 minutes hike over the left head of the beach. It’s the best option when the south winds are on. South swell produces a long right hander near the rocks, but there are other peaks (left and right) in the middle of the beach.

It’s a peaceful and quiet place with no infrastructure; don’t forget to bring water and food. Have fun!
